About Me:
Jacqueline is in her junior year at Middle Tennessee State University, majoring in Public Policy and Management with a minor in Journalism. After graduation from MTSU, she intends to pursue her Masters of Public Health, possibly followed by a PhD in Public Health.
Armed with a Progressive political mind and a strong calling to public service, she approaches every aspect of her personal and professional life with empathy and compassion, first and foremost. She is the mother of two teenage daughters and the youngest of two Gen X sisters. She is also the full-time caregiver to an elderly parent.
Jacqueline has spent the past 30 years working in Customer Service in retail, banking and, currently, healthcare billing. She serves as the supervisor of a 26 member team of customer service employees for a major healthcare company.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading and loves to write. She is passionate about helping others and is focused on using her privilege to further diversity and equality in her community and the world, at large.
